Als Solistin war sie bereits mit dem Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, dem Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, dem Göttinger Sinfonie Orchester, dem Südwestdeutschen Kammerorchester Pforzheim, dem Philharmonischen Kammerorchester Wernigerode oder dem Daejeon Philharmonic Orchestra zu hören. Einladungen zu bedeutenden Festivals wie dem Seoul Symphony Festival, dem Internationalen Klavierfestival Junger Meister, den New Masters on Tour der International Holland Music Sessions, dem Schlesischen Beethoven Festival in Głogówek, dem Mozartfest Würzburg, dem Euregio Musikfestival etc. führen sie regelmäßig auf die internationalen Bühnen.
Preise in zahlreichen internationalen Wettbewerben, u.a. beim YPN International Piano Competition in Newcastle, dem Gina Bachauer International Piano Competition in Salt Lake City, beim Chopinwettbewerb der Chopingesellschaft Hannover, beim Hastings International Piano Concerto Competition, beim Internationalen Theodor Leschetizky Klavierwettbewerb in Hamburg, beim ZF-Musikpreis in Friedrichshafen, sowie der "Young Artist Award" beim International Music Festival Buxtehude und der
Jury-Preis des Pianale Piano Festival bereichern ihre rege Konzerttätigkeit.
Jüngst wurde Sie im Dezember 2023 beim James Mottram International Piano Competition in Manchester mit dem ersten Preis und dem Publikumspreis ausgezeichnet.
Neben ihren solistischen Auftritten ist sie in verschiedenen Kammermusikensembles
wie dem Klavierduo Kim&Hanssen oder dem Jasper Trio aktiv.
Darüber hinaus konzertiert sie regelmäßig mit Künstlerinnen und Künstlern wie Leonid Gorokhov, Mohamed Hiber, Alexander Hülshoff, Midori, dem Eliot Quartett, Mark Schumann, und Nabil Shehata.
Sie gestaltet in der Verbindung von Musik und Sprache in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Schauspielern und Sprechern innovative Konzertformate wie die „Musikalische Lesung“ und ist Gründerin und Künstlerische Leiterin der Festivals "CellerSommerkonzerte“ sowie “Herbstmusikfest Gifhorn-Wolfsburg“.
Séverine Kim wurde als Stipendiatin durch die Chopingesellschaft Hannover sowie Live Music Now Hannover gefördert. Zurzeit ist sie Stipendiatin der Werner Richard – Dr. Carl Dörken Stiftung.
Geboren 1994 in Seoul, Südkorea, wechselte sie nach dem Abschluss des
Jungstudiums am Korean National Institute for the Gifted in Arts bei Daejin Kim und Yoonju Oh im Sommer 2011 zu Bernd Goetzke an die Musikhochschule in Hannover, wo sie zurzeit im Studiengang Konzertexamen eingeschrieben ist.
Daneben vertieft sie ihre Studien im Studiengang Master Kammermusik bei Markus Becker.
Seit dem Sommersemester 2023 ist sie als Lehrbeauftragte an der Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover tätig.

Alongside her career as a soloist, Jung Eun Séverine Kim performs actively in many chamber music formations like the Piano Duo Kim&Hanssen and in the Jasper Trio (Pianotrio).
In addition, she regularly gives concerts with artists such as Leonid Gorokhov, Mohamed Hiber, Alexander Hülshoff, Midori, Eliot Quartett, Mark Schumann, and Nabil Shehata.
She is enthusiastic about innovative concerts. In the connection of music and language, she designs new programs with reading (recitation) and piano music in close cooperation with actors and speakers.
She is founder and the artistic director of the festivals „Celler Sommerkonzerte" and "Herbstmusikfest Gifhorn-Wolfsburg"
Furthermore, she received scholarships by the Chopingesellschaft Hannover and
Jehudi Menuhin Live Music Now. She is also an actual scholarship holder of the Werner Richard-Dr. Carl Dörken Foundation.
Born in Seoul, South Korea in 1994, she began her studies in the Pre-College at the Korean National Institute for the Gifted in Arts with Professor Daejin Kim. In 2011, she moved to the Hannover Music Conservatory, where she is currently enrolled in the class of Professor Bernd Goetzke in the prestigious program „Konzertexamen“.
In addition, she also deepens her knowledge of chamber music with Professor Markus Becker.
From April 2023, she is a faculty member of the piano department at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover in Germany.
